This property is part of a small portfolio of Mallorcan properties owned by IT Mallorca. We stayed at their eco retreat in Can Auli, in Pollença, (AMAZING) and then at Sant Jaume. I also went to look at Can Alomar (also in Palma). Each property is unique, the consistency is the exceptional staff. We interacted with about 8 different people at the two hotels and each one was friendly, personable, energetic and above all...competent. I had booked the first property direct, and the second via Booking. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us, explain the city, the property, the local artists, make reservations, suggests activities etc. The rooms are each unique (in all properties) and all have history. I would/will go back to these properties and send guests (I own a hiking tour company). Though these are luxury properties they feel more personal than traditional 5 star hotel chains. It feels friendly vs formal. Breakfasts are outstanding. The pools/terraces at both properties fit well with the location. We were there off-season however it was lovely to have the opportunity to go up on the terrace, or use the spa (privately for an hour complimentary for all guests).

The staff was wonderful…so friendly! They took the time to make us feel at home, gave us a tour of the hotel to include the rooftop area which had a great view and a small pool. They also took out a map of Palma and gave is recommendations of sights to see and a list of restaurants. Spacious room! The location was great…within 15 minutes of the popular attractions. Also, as an added bonus, they have a private spa area that you can reserve (no extra cost) with a warm indoor pool, a sauna and lounge chairs to relax!

Excellent location Room was large & bed enormous - extremely comfortable Bathroom toiletries & facilities with dryer & straightener really lovely One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! Staff extremely helpful booking meals and activities elsewhere, amazing service by very friendly staff Beautifully designed, a very peaceful stay 10/10

- Staff were very helpful and friendly. The recommended list of restaurants was appreciated - Room was modern and well equipped. Good wifi and Air Con - Pool terrace was quiet and clean. A Pleasant place to spend an afternoon. - Room was cleaned and looked after by staff throughout. Always clean and tidy. Super stay!

Excellent location, bang in the centre of Palma. Welcome was warm and Informative, providing arrival drink, local information and guided tour. Room was clean, comfy and attended twice a day; champagne on arrival and little chocolates at night. Roof terrace is a great sun spot and feels private. Overall excellent and we will be back.

Second stay here. Hotel is stylish and a great location. The roof terrace is a definite plus. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

the property is beautiful. location is very good. spotless clean which is key for me in a hotel experience. the room we had was a suite and it was really comfortable for a family of 3. the spa which you could have for yourself for a little while is a big plus! the staff is professional although they could notice it was my bday at check in and do a little extra gesture. i stayed at the sister hotel last year at the same day and the staff was indeed aware of my bday! But all the rest was fine!

Location is amazing , hotel is beautifully decorated , room we had was spacious and quiet . Bed was lovely. Lovely bar area and restaurant are a where breakfast is also served . Staff we dealt with were exceptional. Luigi was amazing with restaurant suggestions and transport options for our trip the next day . Boutique Hotel at its best .

Great central location yet a quiet part of Palma. Extremely attentive staff who were all most helpful and accommodating. Perfect size with just 36 rooms. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful boutique hotel in the next few months.
